The Gentle Beginner's Yoga group meets each Monday evening at 6:15 p.m. Paula Lantieri, RYT, leads the sessions. Interested? Bring a yoga mat if you are able and wear clothes suitable for exercise. A donation of $5 per session for the instructor is suggested.
